People shouldn't get so worked up. All public figures engage in manipulating audiences, whether they are fans or their 'natural voters'. And undermining the spin and b/s seems always to be a good idea. Information is power. Anyone like Mr Murdoch, who undermines what we take for granted is ok by me. He might do it for his own reasons, but the overall effect is not actually that bad. Think about it (addressed to all of you who keep saying 'thing about it')
